Favourite fossil 'words' - dinosaurs and eras -  are built up in layers of 3d texture paste, then painted to give a slightly sparkly almost stone effect.
 
For an extra charge you can add a name of your choice to the bottom row.

In this case it was for a Euan so 'Euanosuarus' was added.
 
I will include the personalised stencil used to do that with your order, so you can stencil other things to match.
 
I am currently making these in an anthracite grey chalk paint finish, splattered with iridescent navy, white and black acrylic. 
 
I love re-creating the Mary Anning Fossils (and others) I talked about every day when I worked at the Natural History Museum.
Much cheaper, lighter, and easier to hang than the real thing!

They are then coated with a water based varnish and a slight dusting or iridescent glitter, to give a subtle stone like finish.
At the moment, canvas sizes are 12x 12 inches.
Larger sizes/ other colours will be available on request.

These are handmade and the finish/ splatter may vary slightly, as may the background textures. 
The main wording itself will be almost identical to the images shown.
Depending on the name chosen for personalisation, the font or wording added to make it 'dino' may change to make it fit, but that will be discussed with you.
